If it only happens on one of your computers, it's not your ISP nor your router.
My guess would be a borked network card at this point.

Seems this is the only possible answer,

so, shall I RMA the mobo and say it has a problem with downloading torrents?!

It is most likely your router. Some routers cannot hold very many simultaneous connections. You need to check and see if your router is crashing when you loose connectivity. If that is the case then you may want to set the max no. of connections to 50 in your bittorrent and try that. The clients on your other pcs may not bet set for over 150 connections. that could also be why you are only experiencing this on one pc.

Thanks everyone,

I tried something else:
I started downloading a same torrent on two computers, using uTorrent, All settings are default, both using Windows Vista and both connected to same router. This PC will stop after a while (the problem i mentioned) but the other one works perfectly fine.

So again, I guess this has nothing to do with router.

Did you try reinstalling your network drivers yet (or perhaps even Windows)?
If so just RMA them and say your networkcard stops working on random occasions and don't mention it only happens with torrents.

I mentioned that I've reinstalled windows, and I tried different versions of drivers.

So I need to RMA the board, this is the second time in less than a month

Id make sure that your router has the ports open for your computer, the reason you probably only have issues on this one computer and not the other is because the router only has the ports open on that other computer.

Sometimes when you power cycle your router you need to make changes as well.

Go in there and make sure that your IP for the current computer your on has the ports open, and not the other computer.
