Sometimes when you power cycle your router you need to make changes as well.
Go in there and make sure that your IP for the current computer your on has the ports open, and not the other computer.

Thanks, And how can I do that?

Does your mobo have multiple LAN's? On my commando, with vista x64 I was getting some network connection issues similar to yours, not torrents though. I disabled the 2nd LAN (which I'm not using anyway), in the bios, and so far so more problems.

I mentioned the mobo in first page, it is an EVGA 780i SLI and it has two LAN's.
the second LAN is always disabled in windows, & I will try disabling it in bios as well.
