Web streaming CCTV Help
Has anyone ordered from this site?
My dad wants to set up a cctv in our house, and everything is fine except, I dont know how to access the dvr through the internet. I browsed the faq and guide from their site, email'ed tech support and and talked over the phone and im apparently missing something. My question is, how do I view a cctv system with this dvr through the internet. Does anybody have any experience with this Eastern CCTV service. or maybe some network experts could help me with this.

Aren't most live security system DVRs, web servers as well? I think you just type an address/IP into your browser, and you can stream video from your DVR.
Or maybe you login to your account on their site, and there's probably a "Watch Live Now!" button or something.

Well, it turns out its a bit more complicated than that. I already did port forwarding but i'm still missing something but I dont know what.
i tried typing in the ip address i manually assigned the dvr and then the http port on the end but it still wont work.

Heres the manaul, its #21 ED6004
i have the ed6008 in theory this is all i have to do and this is my router i had the wrong manual link, i changed it
