Ahh the problem is the upload and download bandwith is in ratio..
Nuts!!!
Anyway to fix this or know of any other torrent clients that allow you to change upload and download bandwith seperately.

You talking about Azureus?
I dont have that problem with it. I have my total upload speed set to 35K in the tools/options tab, and I get fast downloads.
Ive even set max upload speed for a particular torrent to 3k and got 150+K down on it.

Its based more on your share ratio. If you have a ratio of 5 dowloaded bytes per 1 uploaded byte (just as an example), BT is going to throttle you down. However, most BT programs (like azureus) let you change the amount you upload with. Another REALLY nice program is microtorrent (with the greek 'mew' as the symbol). Here is a link, its a torrent program witha REALLY low memory footprint (about 6mb) and small size (100k!!!)

All the torrent clients i have use (currently using bitcomet) would limit my download speed if i turn the upload limit on... I used "netlimiter" to cap the upload of the torrent client and still have the full download.
