What is the brand of the router? Google it. I have not installed the drivers for my wireless router since 2007. Works fine everytime and both computers have been through a few clean reinstalls. Mine is Belkin and the address it uses is 192.168.2.1

Each manufacturer is different. Netgear uses:
http://www.routerlogin.net user name: admin Password: password Linksys uses: http://192.168.1.1 user name: admin password: admin These are typically printed on a label somewhere on your router. edit: Go to their website and get the info directly from them: http://www.dynexsupport.com/ What model number is it? You are making it difficult to get you the exact info you need... Is it: DX-WGRTR, DX-WEGRTR, DX-NRUTER, etc...

I would download and run the setup software listed on the page I linked. it should walk you through everything you need to do to get it set up. You might also have to reboot your modem.
