Default where can I find ageneric network printer driver for windows 7

There was no printer section, and this is the most relevant section. I'm trying to connect to an HP PSC 750 all in one printer that is connected to an xp box with my sig rig. I can find the printer but I don't have a driver. HP's site tells me that I need to plug the printer in and install a generic printer driver via automatic updates. Problem is I can't move my pc or the printer to plug them in.

Where can i find this "generic" printer driver?

And don't buy HP peripherals; they drop driver support rather quickly on a lot of printers/scanners they did not release XP X64 and vista drivers.

Or, get your drivers from your current system before you wipe/reinstall OS:

The list goes on...
