How do i change my up load speed on my d-link dgl 4300?

not the service. the 4300 only allows 1.0kbps for upload how can i change it?

If you're transferring at 1.0kbps then you have other problems to worry about (such as bottlenecks inside your case).

If you mean you're only sending data (uploading) at 1.0 mbps then that's more than likely a function of your ISP limitting the upload speed you have.

OR, if you mean you're only transferring at 1.0mbps to another device connected to the router, then either there's a setting that *does* need to be changed or there's a bottleneck on the network (which means changing wifi positioning, or getting a new ethernet cable, in example).
If it's not a setting for device-to-device transfer speed then, it could be any number of things mucking down the speed... but those two are a good place to start, usually.
