I took a old PSU and took teh old 80mm fan out and placed it on top of the router after I dremeled out a hole for it to blow air in. I found a unknown size but small and thin fan and placed it on the bottom of the router to pull air out. I also flashed it to DD-WRT v24 sp2. My router is a Linksys WRT54GS. And I also forgot to mention I took a spare molex male and wired it up to the 2 fans so I could put lights or something on my desk or to add another fan
