Okay well i have this machine running XP + MSE for antivirus. Now when i enabled my shared drives before i was getting an error that i couldnt browse them from my vista laptop. After adjusting the IRPStackSize in registry i got that working again no problem. Now whenever i try to move files from my laptop to the computer it says i dont have that permission. (yes ive allowed users to change files on the shared drive). It will however work if i unshare/reshare the drive temporarily.

does anyone have an idea for a permanent fix?
