I almost bought Zonealarm Pro until I read this part.
The OSFirewall™ is crucial since it guards suspicious behavior all the way down to the operating system level. http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en...-windows-7.htm I was considering it, but now I know I will definitely wont be buying this product. I think I will just stick with Threatfire since it it's free AND it blocks suspicious behaviors, not guard them.

Love to see ZA block you from erasing a process you want to delete because it says its "guarding" it

Well that's what it does, it guards against vital system processes from being loaded and protects all your important malware from being accidentally removed.

I've been hearing alot of bad things about Zone Alarm recently, I don't use it personally, but I had always thought they were one of the best.. Hu..

I use to use Zonealarm Pro, it is a really good program. What that is saying, is it basically locks all "suspicious" stuff out of interacting with other programs and important files. It pops a window telling you that X program is trying to do Y to Z. You can click allow once, allow always, deny, or deny always. Drives you crazy for about a week until you get all the permissions set. Then it is pretty reliable in my opinion.
