This is out of the scope of OCN but relevant to anyone who runs a website. The Anti Phishing Work Group has released a document outlining the necessary steps for what you need to do if your site gets hacked by phishers. I take part in this group and in local business development groups and its scary how many people 1. don't know how to detect this stuff and 2. what to do about it. Some best practices are included.
