Default ok really desperate for help now

ok this is getting quite desperate here, ive posted previously about having unidentified network on win7 in the operating system forum, after 2 days of tryin thing and a hour on the phone to microsoft today nothings come of it, ive given up and gone back to vista now, and i cant belive my eyes its doing the same thing, after a complete reformat, it never did it before, there must be some under lieing issue some where, please help

yeh could you explain a bit better? From what i understand though it sounds more like a network problem than the operating system.

Try a different router?
