You should look for a 802.11n Wi-Fi Dual Band router. They can deliver upwards of 200 Mbps, and can theoretically reach 300 Mbps. As to 802.11g Wi-Fi router you will get 108 Mbps Max with less coverage and less speed..
1. Linksys by Cisco WRT320N Dual-Band Wireless-N Gigabit Router 2. D-Link RangeBooster N Dual Band Router (DIR-628) Good luck an enjoy shopping

If you're not going to use wireless at all, or if you can't afford Wireless-N cards.
Although a general observation I've made is that Wireless-N routers tend to have longer range than Wireless-G even on the Wireless-G band.
