Default Sharing hard drive issue

I have my sig rig. I have a 200gb hard drive and a 400 gb hard drive as spares. I have shared them both the same way by right clicking and selecting to share them both.

When i got to my wirelss HTPC and map each of the hard drives, i can access my 200gb no issues, but my 400gb says access denied on this device.

Whats going on here?

Thanks

Check the drive security permissions. It's possible the 400 gb drive has the wrong user selected for security which will throw an access denied error.

Interested in a solution to this as well.

Vista Wont share with XP when trying to map a drive or folder to be shared with the network

I've run into this issue as well - mainly letting my fathers computer access my TV and Film folders via a wireless network..

I have the same issue with my recorded TV on my network. Worked fine on Vista, now with Windows 7, it does not.
