Default Windows 7 dropping internet connection?

I upgraded from Windows Vista x64 to Windows 7 Ultimate x64.. and recently I'll keep losing internet connection. I can just be listening to music, posting on OCN, googling stuff or just browsing the web. I updated all my drivers, restarted etc but I still keep getting it.

I heard theres an issue with W7 for people who upgraded from x64 Vista

Anything in the event logs at the time of the network drop? Right-click My Computer, click Manage, then look in the Application and System logs to see if anything looks related or has a timestamp close to when the drop happened.
