I have norton anti-virus corp edition v10 and it worked for a long time until 3 days ago when I run liveupdate I get "liveupdate was unable to update virus and security-risk deinitions on your computer. make sure that your system disk is not full and then run liveupdate again" my hard drive is no where near full, It gives me the option to run it again but it redownloads all definitions like 10MB worth, then it works. This ruined automatically updating the definitions and causes me to download 10MB of definitions each day. Why is it doing this?
Please dont say "norton suxs get another one" I'm in 64 bit and I know what I have to choose from and AVAST has problems.

Havent used sav 10, switched to nod32 after sav 9, but with sav 9, if you had problems with updates, there were temp files you could completely delete and sav would redownload it all... it always worked for me, check around for that option in the sav or live update options
and Im still gonna say it, nod32 is an option for you as a 64 bitter, and I suggest you try it... its been proven as the best av for several years running... ![]()
