Ok, here's the deal: I'm getting a wireless signal from my neighbor's router, (he is allowing it) via my powerful wireless card in my computer. I have a switch that connects my PC with the family PC.
I don't want to get another wireless card for it, so I tried ICS to get it online via my computer, but when I try it it says a computer already has the IP address required for ICS (192.168.0.1). I assume that is what the wireless router has. Is there any way to get the family PC to get internet from my computer, via the wireless from the neighbor?

Yes. You need to change the IP address of the router (in your neighbors house) to something other than 192.168.0.1, for example, 192.168.1.1. Make sure you ask them first, as they will need to reconfigure their machines too if they have their IP set to manual.

I didn't have to do that, but thanks. I simply created a network bridge.
OK, I got it to work, but now one computer can't see the other, either way, in the network.

I also have wireless internet at home but I do got one good tip,try put up security by putting up a WEP key so intruders can't use that network. There been cases where hackers use peoples' wireless networks and start doing illegal things which by the way you will be responsible for their action.

It's my neighbor's wireless. I'm not responsible.
