Default Clearwire ISP help

Just got the new Clearwire internet thats all the rage where I live.. Its kinda like wifi i guess, but supposedly more secure.
anyways, anyone out there have it? It was great during the trial period, and now just SLOWWWED down a ton and I've noticed they block pretty much every port in existance. My ping in CS is like 150-200 for the 1.5 mb service. Thats like 15x slower than it should be. I called their customer service and they were pretty unhelpful. And the worst part is they make you sign a 2 year contract. So if any of you have it and know how to improve service let me know, otherwise I'm gonna have to come up with some good reason to break the contract.
