As an admin to another un-PC related forum, I can understand the aggrivation caused by annoying noobs. Well, I'm a noob to this site, and I'm new to the whole PC modding thing, although when it comes to hardware and more simple things, I'm decent.

What I'm getting to is, I wanna say thanks to all the Overclock.net vets for not flaming the hell outta guys like me and even some of the REALLY annoying noobs. Props go out to Evil XP2400, Inspire, Sphere and all the others who have put up with me. By the way, I've found myself being a free giving whore with the rep points when people help me out.

I wouldn't say that noobs are annoying at all for I was and still am in some parts a noob!

I believe that not knowing and asking people about it is not a shame thus that person shouldn't hesitate to shoot some questions away. If the person who is being asked is annoyed by such a thing he is, in my opinion, immature and does not know how to appreciate his knowledge. I think that it's a blessing to have a bunch of knowledge and to be able to help someone with it.

Not knowing and not bothering to ask is just plain stupid, though.

The more i help people on this fourm the better i feel. about 90% of my posts are questions and the 10 are helping others.

I like having noobs, without noobs all the fun is lost because there's no one to pass on the knowledge to. I was a noob myself, and now that I know a little I still learn alot from all the people on this site.

This site is just a fountain of computer information, and also has a very nice community of people that are very friendly.

You're now a part of that community, and we hope you stay with us for a very very long time

it is really annoying how some new people can be a quick problem. like our people who post ads. they just ordered the free ipod and are refering freinds. lame.
