Hello all! Im a somewhat new guy to the modding scene. I have the usual interweb knowledge (lol) but want to know more on getting the mostof my system. Finally got my own desktop to play around and tinker with. My bestfriend is a comp whiz and got me into modding cases/etc. I look forward to upgrading my rig, learning to OC, just hanging around. I've seen some awesome rigs on here, cant wait to upgrade mine! So in short, HEY GUYS,lmao.

Welcome, pull up a chair and stay a while. As stan said feel free to ask, there's a guru for whatever you fancy is and they're always free with their answers. Also be sure to check out the How To: sections as MANY memebers have already invested large ammounts of time to write very good instructions on OC, Case Mods, theory behind OC, etc, etc, etc.

Haha, of course! I myself am a car a/v guy. Loved to put plexi and fans on my amps, so I just went to a different chapter in the same book I suppose! LOL. Comp I have now is a HP, I've added some neons/fans already. Waiting to put a window in as well. Thanks for all the replies, this seems to be an awesome forum already!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news... but OEM motherboards like the one in your HP don't allow for overclocking.

However, this is the place to be for recommendations for any board to fit a budget.
