Hello. Greetings from Poland, where polar bears sometimes walk the streets ;-)
Decided to register after a month or so of browsing and reading.

The backstory:

I recently realised (better late than never, I guess) that my old rig is just doesn't cut it these days, and even tricks like trying to create something new from it and my fiancee's also-not-so-good machine wouldn't help. Therefore I decided on a major modernizaton, which is planned on Jan/Feb, and has to fit into a very tight budget. So I guess this is the right place to seek help :-)
