Searched everywhere for easy methods to install XP on my hand me down Dell Latitude C610 without a CD/DVD.

This was the answer....It think, it's grinding away as we speak. Hopefully that will do it.

Yo, thanks for all the welcomes.

Laptop was just a hand me down from work to give to my Dad.

It's not a bad laptop like, just didn't come with a CD/DVD Drive and my external ones wouldn't work.

But some of the other stuff I've read about how to install XP without a CD Drive etc was baffling, this was great. A life saver.
