Hey! Noob here:)
Hey im Lorcán.
__________________I'm 22 from Northern Ireland. I'm a Field engineer on a big-ass network. I have built plenty of PC's in my time, but usually budget Affairs. Decided to build myself a gaming rig (see below). Didnt know that much about overclockinng, so hence why im here  Play a lot of CoD4, CoD:W@W, GTA4 all on PC of course .Seems like a top-notch site Keep up the good work.Feel free to add me to xFire: Lorc1

Welcome to the site! If that's a brand new Q6600, it won't OC more than 3.4Ghz usually from what I've seen unless you have a good batch! But cheers, that's still a good clock.

for overclocking your cpu cooler isnt that great but its fine for max id say about 3.4 if your lucky, and Welcome to ocn this site truly is the best for this

Thanks very much for the welcome. Yeah its a brand new Q6600. I heard some good reviews for the Freezer 7 thats why I went ahead and Bought it. And for the price it's probably hard to beat
__________________It still runs pretty cool tho, the fan is blowing the air straight out into the 200mm fan on the top of the antec 900. I haven't got idle/load temps etc yet. But hopefully will have a bit more time to get them, and stick them up over the next few days!
