Yes, this has to be the best place on the net =) You can ask a question on virtually anything almost always get timely responses =)
Check out hte FAQ section and the Folding At Home section (F@H). Also for future refrence it would be good if you could fill out your user profile.
Click on UserCP at the top left of the page. Then click on profile, and fill it out to the best of your knowledge =)
Look at the downloads sections also, as it has quite a few handy programs =)
