Hopefully the CPU will be fine. Seconded about PSU, paying that little for a PSU is never a good sign. If you have questions, post them elsewhere, this is just for introduction. And again, welcome. Don't worry, we're all trying to be helpful.

First Time Build

no worries on the ribbing. i looked up and down for bad reviews on the psu. found some but they were so far spread out i didnt think much of it (ie not a bad batch of psu's or generall garbage).

They might not be absolute garbage but they aren't 650W PSUs. They probably work well enough to power low budget rigs.

Yeah you shoulda bought an Antec 300 and maybe even a corsair PSU.
The IceQ is going to be great for overclocking though
