setpoint should have the options to set it, i dont have it installed to say exactly where it is...

ill check up on your mouse to see if it is actualy capable, if its capable in vista it should be in 7

i think refresh rate means polling rate here.

Setpoint > mouse and game settings> advanced game settings.

Well I just got done using SetPoint and the poling rate settings are under General/Pointer. Hope this helps.
