As the tilte says this is my fisrt built up system, Before go any further please apolagize fro my gramma and spelling ENGLISH IS MY SECOND LANGUAGE!

HERE IS MY SYSTEM!

Motherboard: Asus P6T
Processor: Intel i7-920 w/Zalman CSPS9900 Headsink and fan
Ram: 6 GB Corsair Dominator 1600
Graphics: ati Radeon HD4850
dvd, cd,
Power: Corsair 650 watt

I use the Bios to overclok my system and a chose the X.M.P profile to get 1600 mhz for my ram, that changed my dram voltage to 1.66 and the QPI/Dram to 1.35.

then a change the BFCK Frecuncy to 160, that made my ram go up to 1803, so manually I changed back to 1604, and left everything like it was. CPU voltage and everuthing else in auto.

i restart and I got a stable ovlerclok of 3.2 ghz. with/1600 hz of ram.

My question is

My idle tempenture is 42 and when i used the prime95 it when up to 82 within 5 min. so turned off.

Is this normal of I am doing something wrong. How can a lower the tempenture without changing my coling device.
