You can change the title under your name in User CP but the options are slim...i am guessing you get to choose your own title after so many posts or rep...i have been to lazy to find out how it actually works albeit i am curious as well...

The only way you can have custom user titles is if you get an overclocked account. You can go about this one of two ways: pay for an overclocked account, or reach three flame status (250 rep) in which case your account will be overclocked for free.

Perks also include a custom OCN email and larger PM box capacity.
