And I love it!!

Using the SlyphAMP homebrew app, I'm using my DS to stream Radio Rivendell and Radio Kawaii onto my DS while I was in the WC.

The only bad thing about it is that I have to use my wireless card for the DS to connect to my pc, and that makes my internet hella slow.


Homebrew gets better all the time

(the station that I'm listening to in the pic is Radio Kawaii, and the track is PRIDE by HIGH and MIGHTY COLOR)

Thnx, but it is really cool.

I ask anyone and everyone with a DS, homebrew cart, Winamp, and a wireless card to try this with your music library, or even Shoutcast, like I did.

When I started it up for the first time, I got the same giddy feeling that I got when I first set a months plans on DSOrganize, and the first time that I used my DS to browse OCN using Subway's wireless connection in the breakroom at work (even though the connection is free, I think. I don't work at Subway, btw)

Bump with more pics!!

I don't have any free pci slots on my mobo for the wifi card, so I'm using my brother's pc and his music

Output setup. I have the SylphAMP plugin streaming the music to my DS via my wireless card. It's also passing through DirectSound, so myself or anybody can listen to music on that pc, and the DS at the same time. It also has my brother's music folder on hand, if I want to switch around the tunes.




Top screen: Folders in the music directory.




Bottom screen: Music enqueued. It's a bad pic, but I have Immortal, Agalloch, Phil Collins, Conan soundtrack, and the theme from Toejam & Earl lined up. Now playing is DI.FM's Vocal trance station.

Ah, I remember using that program on my DS a couple of months ago. It was fun, but I realized that it's just easier to use my mp3 player. That program worked wonders though!
