Default Sports game

I bought a Wii for my dad to lose some weight and to get his ass off the couch. He in real life enjoys golfing and what not, are there any good sports title for the Wii?

I already have the Wii Sports but any other recommendations from you guys?

Thanks in advance.

Tiger woods PGA tour. Would meet his needs of his love of golf, but not necessarily improve fitness. In which case, Wii fit could be beneficial. But i'd go for Tiger Woods personally, wii fit can get boring and same-y.

EDIT: Wii fit also has a fitness age function. You do a series of minigames daily and improve your fitness age. this could be a temporary fixture if you plan on getting Wii Fit in the near future

Thanks for your input. I been playing Wii Sports with my family the past 2 hours and my right arm is sore like hell.

I know Wii Fit utilizes more of your body, are there any other games that makes you move around and sweat your arse off?

Oh by the way, does the new Punch Out for the Wii have 2 player capability? - Nevermind.
