Default Another "omg fake R4?"
After I bought my R4, I went on a bunch of sites to see the signs of a fake, and I'm sure mine's real, except one thing. One review/video said to pull back the sticker and see if there's one or two chips underneath it. I did that to mine...but there's no chips underneath...just the plastic casing. I'm a bit confuzzled, so I thought I'd check as I've seen a few posts from people with their R4s.

I'm off to find a screwdriver small enough to get the one screw...then I'll see what's actually inside...

I never knew this was such a problem. I have one I bought about 2 years ago but haven't tried it out yet. I'll get around to it one of these days, but I hope mine is legit.

I'd test it, but I've heard that the R4 makers made it so R4 clones brick the DS if they use their software...I'd rather not risk it.
