and you'll be able to play alot of the new wii titles with your system at full speed at an hd res. way better than any gamecube or wii out there.

heres the link http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/wii/

oh by theway some games may not be supported on the emulator so you might want to google it before you buy, or you can ask me.
True, but I find that getting the actual console is far superior to the Emulator. For one, Emulators may not support all the games, and two, playing the game on an emulator just doesn't feel the same at all. That may be a bit of a wishy-washy reason, but I'm pretty sure most of you might agree on that.

Anyway, gamecubes are dirt-cheap and it actually was a great console, so i say go for it!

To add to the list of games karasu mentioned, I'd like to mention a few others too;
Ikaruga
Eternal Darkness
Viewtiful Joe
Killer 7

Also, you should probably get Metroid Prime 2 and Super Mario Sunshine as well. The latter received a fair bit of flak, though I personally enjoyed it.

If you can, get Cubivore too. It's a pretty unique little game.. too bad it wasn't released in the PAL regions, because I really wanted to play it.

Although, if you can aford one and you'd like to take advantage of the virtual console and play Wii games as well, get a Wii instead and get a gamecube controller or two and a couple of GC memory cards, the gamecube games I and others have mentioned, and you're all set.
