Anyway I will stick with the adhesive suggestion although looking at it I would go for ceramic. I know the metal/silver ones can take up to 150C but I am not sure about ceramic ones. I will check it right now ^^
That last one is a pci-e card, it has no HSI

Why not use the VF900 with custom mounting hardware, and use a bigger copper ramsink on the AGP chip?

ya, i bet i saw someone selling there 7800gs agp with a vf700 and it had a zalman ram sink on it

Well seems Arctic Alumina Thermal Adhesive goes up to 160C. I would personally use a northbridge heatsink if I could =3 I am kind of out of this world though since I am always fileld with "Prototype Ideas" *pats his PC* poor thing.. I wonder of I should experiment with my 6600AGP I have =3

I can confirm this but I think he said something about modding it himself a bit.
yes, you need to make 1 mounting hole of the vf700 a tad longer, then it will fit.
