No, they are old cpu hs that were cut up. Mine was an old 486 hs.

finally a real home made video card cooler, others i have seen are just aftermarket VGA coolers that users have installed on their video cards and call them home made, i dont think they know what the term (home made) means. Way 2 go. creative
