8800GTS fan speed 100% constant
Is it bad to leave my gpu fan on 100% all the time?

Nope. Mine have been at 100% ever since I've bought it in April.

I got an HR-03-Plus to replace mine and it gets the same temps as the 8800GTS stock cooler at 80% when passive. Put a low CFM 90mm fan then you get good temps low noise, as opposed the the 8800GTS stock cooler at 100%.
