im overclocked to 585 and 1.19 gh and my tempsd are idle 53-load 76max 74 average and i start to see artifacts at 76

i really dont think the artifacts are because of the 76 on the temp, the chips are good to like 125. you are way bellow temps, but running a little hot.
your best bet is to just drop the oc some. about 5 points.

but it only happens when it hits 76 on the temps or maybe theres a bug plus i never heard of a chip that can run at 125 celcius
