For people about the sinks not sticking to the chips, it says in the manual that comes with it that you have to rub the chips with an eraser before applying the sinks, otherwise they won't stick at all.

I rubbed mine with an eraser from the back of a pencil and they all stuck like glue on the first shot. Also the VR sinks with mine were already separated into 4 pieces.
