I have my GT at 750/1855/1030 at 80% fan speed. Even at that fan speed and lower overclocks the temperature would never go higher than 66c. I'm now stress testing at the above clocks, and its still staying at a constant 66c. Shouldn't it go a little higher at least?

What program are you using to monitor temps?

If your ambient is good enough then those temps sound good. Try using ATI tool and check temps through that. or Ntune. Also if you are in for a 3rd party cooler the Arctic Cooling Accellero S1 is a steal for 30 bucks or less. You can run it passively at temps lower than those. (i'd say max of 50 load) I have one and it works great.
But yeah those temps sound fine to me.
