I'm thinking of getting a 8800GT next week. I've heard they had really crappy HSF. So I wanted to replace mines with a better one. I know about the HR-03, but it's by no means cheap.

The DuOrb seems to be the best bang for your buck. At a little less than $40 it isn't dirt cheap, but does a great job and takes up little space. I am going to get one for my 8800GT I think, but first I must get my RMA on my 680i.

easy, arctic cooling accelero. $17 plus a 12cm fan, $5-10. That will be a big step up into a class containing air leader thermalright hr03, much cheaper though and still very effective.

I am pretty pleased with the Duorbs.
__________________Bear in mind if you use the accelero and decide to go SLI (assuming you have the board to support it), the SLI bridge will not reach over top of it. Its only good for single card solutions. I paid $35 each for the duorbs and got phenomenal performance out of them. I have them on fan controllers turned to minimum (cannot hear them over the case fans) and they still knock 30c off load temps
