Default Crazy Low temps on 8800GTS 512
I'm currently Idling at 33C, used riva to up fan speed to 100% in an Antec 900 all fans on hi, but I didnt think it would be that cold, give me an idea of what to use to test it at low

Use this and see if your temps are still the same. PC wizard is a great monitoring tool.

pc wiz is saying 33 ambient for gpu, 42 on the gpu

Sweet. I get 38 Idle and 53 load with mine, but its overclocked to 820.

I think those temps are probably right.... Is it overclocked? If it's that low I'd go for it
