I think its fine. Thy 7600GT hits 76 in demending games with fan @60%. As long as its under 80 you are fine and if you have a Evga like me you can RMA it.

All i can say is the Antec 900 +8800GTS =45 at idle and 55-60 at load
![]() Its as cool as a cucumber And that also overclocked to from 513 core to 651 core and the memory from 792 to 951 This is a 8800GTS G80 btw. Stock cooling ofcourse. It Depends on what ure ambient is also as others have said. If its like 30 degress then thats fine however if its like 20 then its a bit high.

Its really OK... Most stock cooled GPU's(ATI and nVidia) are going to idle in the 50's and load on into the 80's on stock cooling(sometimes even 90's). Its normal and OK. Nothing you can really do about it until you get a better cooling solution.
