Default alternative to the dangerden nv-78 water block?

does anyone know a cheaper alternative to that $125 waterblock for 7800gt....?

Get the Swiftech MCW60 for $34 here.
You will need to purchase some ramsinks seperately but it will still be cheaper and keep your 7800GT hella cool.
