Default Reusing Thermal Pads

Ok,

I've been an avid believer in the fact that you shouldn't reuse thermal pads after you reseat a heatsink but I don't have any now and probably won't be able to pick up any for a while.

How many of you out there have reused these and have you had any issues with it?

Thanks!

I reused mine. Never had an issue with it, just don't rip them off the Heatsink and they should go back on just fine.

If you need your PC like now... use it and go get some new once and replace asap.. I personally dont trust it... although it probebly will not hurt anything, its just the thought that would eat at my brain knowing its like that =P

It won't KILL your PC or anything like that, but it will run like 1 or 2 degrees warmer.

I reused one on my old Duron before.

I just heated the pad up and smoothed it a bit.

Worked as well as before. (Had to clean residue off my duron before reapplying the heatsink with the pad on it though)
