I got my HR-03 today and used a 92mm Noctua (yeah....that 20.00 fan). Its DEAD silent. However, the performance is only mediocre in my opinion. I am going to use a 120mm Tricool on it tomorrow.
My idle with the noctua is about 42C and under load it hits 68C. Not bad, definitely better than stock. However, I just dont think it moves enough air. I have an AC in my room window so its not like my system needs to be silent or anything. lol. So I am going to get rid of BOTH my noctuas (I have one on my Vendetta 2) and replace them with higher CFM fans. Screw silence.

Grab yourself a fan that hits 80+ CFM's and hook it into a fan controller so you can control it. AC Ryan's 120mm fans push 80+ CFM's and come with a 3 pin connection that you can plug into your fan slot on the GPU.
