MY GTX 260 core 216 is all over the place. Most of the time on bootup it up idles 35-40C with stress temps up to 60-67C, perfectly fine for this card. Occasionally it will boot up 45-55C with stress temps over 70, sometimes close to 80, too high. I know 3 others who have the 260 from EVGA and BFG. I am curious if there is a design bug, since the behavior is exactly the same on my card and these other 3, plus some accounts from this thread.
