I heard you need a Cleaning Cloth Lint free, And some 91% alcohol but is that true?

Meh, it's optional, I just used a paper towel and latex gloves bc I'm paranoid of static discharge.....

To clean the grease stuff off the GPU I used cue tips and Isopropyl alcohol (70%). Keep some paper tower around to dab a bit of the excess off the cue tip (don't want it to be too drenched). Now the ramsinks you might have a problem with keeping them on. I would recommend cleaning all of the mem chips as well. For that, I had to use acetone (used nail polish remover. I forget what brand though, just try and make it something that doesn't have any like... what is it.. "nail strengthener" or whatever). But if you use acetone be sure to keep it off the card itself. Apparently acetone can eat away at plastics. I didn't notice any when i put some on an old old card I had for testing. I did that to two 8800GT's and both work, also I did it to an ati card and it works as well (for a friend).

No you first have to get good at making towers from paper. The towers have to be at least 8 feet tall. Just keep a few around just in case :P.

Well im very happy with it it idles at 35c and 45c on load

I love the S1's. As others did/do, slap a good and quiet 120mm (Noctua) and you have a very nice and cool card.

If you are SLI like I am, my case did not allow for the 120 on each, so I have to prop the fan like a bridge between the two and it was cool, but not as cool as being zipped tied to the S1.

Yes the duorb fits on a HD 4850.
