Hi i have a evga 9800gt and its just too damn loud and i was wondering if you guys know some cards that run quielty and as or abit close to the profromance of the Evga 9800gt ?

Loud? They should be whisper quiet. I have an 8800GT which has the exact same cooler (assuming you're on stock cooling) and it's very quiet. Run the fan at 45% or something

mine is just loud even when doing nothing thats why i need new card its also overheating

Use RivaTuner and create 4 fan profiles, so for instance when your computer is idle or running simple apps you can set your GPU fan at 30% and when you're gaming you can set three other profiles like 60%, 80% and 100% fan speeds depending on temp increase.

By setting up 3 or 4 fan profiles, depending on need, you'll cut down on unneccessary noise!
