Check out the Akasa Vortexx Neo, it fits the 9600gt, 9800gtx, and 8800gt from the supported cards list, Im sure it would fit your 9800gt.

Thermaltek DuoOrb (since any aftermarket fan will cool better, and you can dial down the fan speed to reduce noise - Price would really be the deciding factor here). Any well rated aftermarket fan will do, since you'll hit the card's overclock wall before the fan hits its cooling potential even if using a stock fan. Now if you up the card volts that may be different...
