It depends on your case airflow that might affect your GPU temps. Open your side panel and see if that helps cool it off.

Honestly, idling at 75 degrees is far above "bad case airflow or ambient temps".

Check to see if the fan is even working first of all.
If you can, re-seat the cooler with AS5, MX-2, whatever.

My card, OC'd to 824/2001 hits 64C Folding. So something is wrong with his card I think.

Much better, glad I could help.

Stills seems a bit high though, did you take the opportunity to blow all the dust out of the heat sink?

Heh, changing the PSU is very easy. The only issue is the cable management, but that just takes time, zipties, and some cable holders. (Alternatively, tape).

If you're worried that you'll forget to plug something in,
1: Make a checklist.
2: Don't worry. I once turned on my system and had forgotten to plug the plugs into my 8800GTX. It gave me a evil scream, but no harm came to the computer...just my ear drums :P

The checklist is easy too:
20/24 Pin?
4/8 Pin CPU power?
Optical drives?
Hard Drives?
Floppy?
Video Card?

There ya go, there's yer check list

However, it is advisable to buy online to get a Better PSU for less $$.
Unless you live in like, Cambodia, and no one delivers to your country of course!

Unfortunately, I have no idea about european computer places. I know they ave to be out there, but they don't seem to be as prominent as NCIX and Newegg are here in North America.

Good Luck man!
