Default DuOrb and the 9800GT [need help]

Just installed the DuOrb on my 9800GT three times.

1st: Mounted it upside down....
2nd: Overtightened the nut and snapped a bolt
3rd: used the "taller" bolts and when I looked at it... the DuOrb wasnt even touching the core...

What now?

The only difference here is that this time the rod that Apple is shoving up your ass isn't silicone, its a rough wooden shaft. Instead of leaving the customer feeling violated, they are leaving behind bloody splinters. - nathris

Take one of the good smaller bolts to your local Ace Hardware and have them match it.
I can tell you now that any big chain will not carry it. You must find an ace or similar ma and pop shops

They might.

They have a selection of odds and ends that you can't find anywhere else.

Just request an RMA from Thermaltake. I stripped a screw for my Thermaltake Blue Orb II, and I sent only the screw in for RMA. You do not need to send everything in, just the broken part. They are pretty good about it.
